| Objective:To detect GRACE and TIMI score for risk stratification and prognosis in patients with Acute Cornory Syndrome, and investigate those methods value in predicting clinical events in those patients. Methods:This work was case-control retrospective study.200 patients with ACS were collected from August 2008 to August 2009 in Qilu Hospital of Shandong Universtiy. They were evaluated with GRACE and TIMI sorce and recored all the clinical envets through telephone. And they were separated with score. Different group was analysis between the incidence of cardiovascular envents and risk score.Results:1. The vascular events was trend of increased with the GRACE score increasing (P<0.05). And there was the same tend in the proportion patients which need coronary angiography and intervention treatment (P<0.05). Especially, the patients with score> 133 were significantly increased rate of cardiovascular events.2. The vascular events was trend of increased with the TIMI score increasing (P <0.05). And there was the same tend in the proportion patients which need coronary angiography and intervention treatment (P<0.05). Especially, the patients with score >10 were significantly increased rate of cardiovascular events.3. The patients with higher score by GRACE and TIMI socre were higher incidence of cardiovascular envents in 30 days and one year. Especially, the patients with score> 133 by GRACE and≥10 by TIMI were significantly increased rate of cardiovascular events. And both methods were no significant difference (P> 0.05) in prediction in high-risk patients. Conclusion:GRACEscore and TIMI score were the same predictive value in risk stratification of ACS patients. |
