UC epidemiological data:①Male to female sex ratio was 1.31:1; age to 30-39 years age group the largest proportion, to 42.22%; patients with ulcerative colitis of different sexes in all age groups no significant correlation between the distribution (P>0.05).②Course of disease in patients with 1-5 years at most, accounting for 43.33%; mental nature of the work to the largest proportion, accounting for 46.67%; education in secondary schools, accounting for 46.67%; triggers to go rather smooth are the most common situation, accounted for 36.67%.2. Large intestine damp hair in the beginning of the main; chronic relapsing to stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome and stomach qi deficiency syndrome based; chronic persistent to stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome and spleen deficiency syndrome based. Different clinical types of syndromes and significant correlation exists between (P<0.01).3. UC with anxiety and depression related:①Sex, age, clinical type and the occurrence of anxiety and depression was no significant correlation (P>0.05).②Course of patients, nature of work and education of the occurrence of anxiety and depression are significantly correlated (P<0.05).③Anxiety, depression patients, the incidence of incentive to go rather smooth conditions were the main predisposing factors of the different rates of depression and anxiety difference between correlation (P<0.05).④Clinical type of chronic relapsing patients most susceptible to anxiety, depression and other emotional disorders, clinical type and incidence of anxiety and depression was no significant correlation (P>0.05).⑤In stagnation and spleen deficiency syndromes suffer from emotional disorders certificate incidence rate was 100% different syndromes of depression and anxiety difference in the incidence of significant correlation (P<0.05).⑥Anxiety and depression in patients with tongue to fat major, scalloPed-based, thin yellow and greasy tongue to the main pulse to slippery, thin string-based.Conclusion:1. UC Syndrome Distribution:distribution of syndrome in patients with colorectal liver dePression and spleen deficiency and damp the most. Large intestine damp hair in the beginning of the main; chronic relapsing to stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome and stomach qi deficiency syndrome based; chronic persistent to stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome and spleen deficiency syndrome based. Syndromes with different clinical types were significantly correlated between.2. UC associated with anxiety and depression:clinical classification and the incidence of anxiety and depression was not related; anxiety and depression syndromes difference in the incidence of significant correlation.
