| Objective:To observe the immediate effect to the ST-T segment on electrocardiogram of patients with coronary heart disease by electroacupuncturing bilateral "neiguan" points and "lingtai" and "shendao" points. This project is based on the theory of the meridians corresponding with viscera, and it provides objective basis for choosing acupoints in clinic.Method:46 patients of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups, which had 23 cases each. We electroacupunctured bilateral "neiguan" points in one group, and "lingtai" and "shendao" points in another, and observed the changes of the ST-T segment of theⅡ,Ⅲ, avF, V4, V5 and V6 leads examined before and 10 minutes after acupuncture respectively.Result:There is significant difference of the ST segment inⅡ,Ⅲand avF leads for each group between fore and after treatment (P<0.05), and there is no significant difference compared between two groups (P>0.05). However, there is a trend for the "neiguan" group to be more effective than the other. We can see significant difference in "neiguan" group about T wave ofⅡ,Ⅲand avF leads (P<0.05), and no significant difference in another group (P>0.05), which has a trend in improving T wave after treatment only. Compared between the two groups, it is better of "neiguan" group than "lingtai" and "shendao" group (P<0.05). As to the ST segment in V4, V5 and V6 leads, we can see significant difference for each group between fore and after treatment (P<0.05), and there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). And for the T wave in V4, V5 and V6 leads, there is significant difference neither within nor between the two groups (P>0.05). And it shows that, there is a trend for the "neiguan" group to be more effective than the other. Conclusion:It is effective in improving the myocardial ischemia of patients who has coronary heart disease with angina pectoris by electroacupuncturing bilateral "neiguan" points and "lingtai" and "shendao" points. It is better for the "neiguan" group to improve the inferior cardiac ischemia, and there is a trend superior to the "lingtai" and "shendao" group in improving the anterior-lateral cardiac ischemia. |
