Observation Of The Immediate Effect To The ST-T Segment On EKG By Different Needling Sequence Of "Lingtar""Shendao" And "Neiguan" Points In Treating Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: This investigation is to observe the immediate effect of the ST-T segmenton EKG by different orders in treating coronary heart disease and to provide objectiveevidence to make better use of “lingtai”、“shendao” and “neiguan”points.Methods:50patients with coronary heart diseases were randomly divided into“lingtai、shendao、neiguan”group and“neiguan、lingtai、shendao”group,25cases in eachgroup. The changes of the effect of the ST-T segment on EKG of each group wereobserved immediately after the treatment in both groups.Results: The T waves of Ⅱ、Ⅲ、avF leads group and V4、V5、V6leads group hadsignificant differences before and after treatment (P<0.01). There existed no significantdifferences after treatment on T waves between the two groups (P>0.05). The lingtai、shendao、neiguan group indicates differences on ST segments of both Ⅱ、Ⅲ、avF leadsgroup and V4、V5、V6leads group(P<0.05)while the other group do not show anydifference.Conclusion: Both the two sequences can ameliorate the ischemia state in the cardiac-muscles of the angina pectoris patients. There didn’t show any difference on theimprovement of T waves，while taking lingtai and shendao first is better than takingneiguan first on the improvement of ST segments.
