The Clinical Summarize Of Tcm Triple Therapy For Accumulation Of Dampness Heat And Blood Stasis Of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objective:To Evaluate the clinical effect of accumulation of dampness heat and blood stasis of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease treating with the triple TCM therapy, and to provide scientific basis for its subsequent research and application in clinic.Methods:The 68 patients which were diagnosed to accumulation of dampness heat and blood stasis of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease visited in gynecology clinic of Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM in September 2009-2010 March were selected, and were treated with the triple TCM therapy. The data was summarized, reorganized, induced and analyzed. To observe the changement before and after the treatment with the triple TCM therapy for improveing Chinese medicine syndrome and local signs, and related analysis between the age of patients, the course of disease, state of illness and effect of drugs. Measurement data was analyzed by t-test, ranked data with Ridit analysis.Results:The triple TCM therapy for 14 days was one course,the curative effect was observed after one or two courses.68 cases with accumulation of dampness heat and blood stasis of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were treated with the triple TCM therapy.â‘ the curative effect was:32 patients were recovered, accounted for 48%,20 cases were improved markedly, accounted for 29%,13 cases were effective, accounted for 19 percent,3 case was invalid(4%).â‘¡Results of Chinese medicine syndrome:37 cases were recovered( 55%),21 cases were improved markedly, accounted for 31%,9 cases were effective, accounted for 13 percent,1 case was invalid(1%).â‘¢Results of local signs:29 patients were recovered, accounted for 43%,18 cases were improved markedly, accounted for 26%,17 cases were effective, accounted for 25 percent,4 case was invalid(6%).â‘£Results of clinical effect of alleviating pelvic pain:39 patients were recovered, accounted for 58%,18 cases were improved markedly, accounted for 26%,10 cases were effective, accounted for 15 percent,1 case was invalid(1%). Type-B ultrasonic showed:32 cases were pelvic inflammatory mass,11 patients were recovered, accounted for 34%,13 cases were improved markedly, accounted for 41%,5 cases were effective, accounted for 16 percent,3 case was invalid(9%). The statistic showed:TCM syndrome improved significantly after the treatment than before (P<0.01), but delute feces improved insignificantly (P>0.05), uterus tenderness and accessories tenderness were improved significantly with TCM therapy in triplicate (P<0.01), the enclosed mass of the attachment and the tenderness of USL were improved significantly (P<0.05), Type-B ultrasonic showed:ecavatio rectouterina on fluid-collection was 38 cases,there was differency before and after the treatment(P<0.05), the age of patients, the course of disease and state of illness had not obvious different in treating the chronic pelvic inflammation.Conclusion:the clinical effect of TCM therapy in triplicate with accumulation and stasis of damp-heat of Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was favourable, application in clinic was worthable.
