The Research On The Relevance Among Tcm Syndrome Characteristics Of Insomnia,individuality Characteristic And Psychology Situation

Objective:Through to the insomnia patient's questionnaire and the psychological test, we understood the TCM syndromes characteristics distributed situation, the individuality characteristic and the psychology situation,and then we discussed insomnia patient TCM syndromes characteristics and the individuality characteristic and the psychology relevance. For dialectical treats in the process the mental healing and the cognition behavior therapy instruction function. Methods:We selected 268 insomnia patients who sought for medical care from May 2009 to February 2010 in the affiliated hospital of Shandong University of TCM and community outpatient service, and who worded in concludes, the universities, colleges and institutes,by the form of cross-sectional survey and simple random sampling. We accessed the Basic situation survey form,TCM syndromes-observing,PSQI,EPQ—RSC,SCL—90 tables.All the data were analyzed by SPSS16.0. Results:The main of TCM syndromes characteristics type one by one in order is:The syndrome of fire—syndrome due to hyperactivity of liver—qi was 99 (36.9%), the syndrome of heart disturbed by phlegm—fire was 76(28.4%), the syndrome of hyperactivity of pathogenic fire due to deficieney of yin was47(17.5%), the syndrome of deficiency of both heart and spleen was34(12.7%), the snydorme of deficiency of both the heart—qi and the gallbladder—qi was 12(4.5%). EPQ—RSC demonstrated that the insomnia patients E point is lower than the normal mold,N,P point is higher than the normal mold. In the group of the syndrome of heart disturbed by phlegm—fire of E value has the significance difference with the group of the syndrome of fire—syndrome due to hyperactivity of liver—qi,in the N value compares with the group of the syndrome of hyperactivity of pathogenic fire due to deficieney of yin has the significance difference, the group of the syndrome of fire—syndrome due to hyperactivity of liver—qi distinguishes the group of the syndrome of heart disturbed by phlegm—fire, the group of the syndrome of hyperactivity of pathogenic fire due to deficieney of yin of P point high with the group of the syndrome of deficiency of both heart and spleen, and has the significance difference. SCL-90 demonstrated that comparing with the normal mold, the total score,always divides equally, various factor score of the insomnia patient were higher than the normal mold obviously, and all had the very remarkable difference.And the significance difference existed among the different syndromes characteristics types. Conclusion:Introverted and motion unsteady is the character characteristic of the sufferer of insomnia.The group of the syndrome of fire—syndrome due to hyperactivity of liver—qi, with the group of the syndrome of hyperactivity of pathogenic fire due to deficieney of yin by suppress Yu quality and the gall quality much sees, had demonstrated initially that specific individuality characteristic and TCM syndromes characteristics type possibly existed inner link. In the psychology aspect, the insomnia patients displayed exceptionally in the somzatization, the force, the interpersonal relationship sensitive, despondent, anxious, hostile, terrorist, biased, neurosis aspects and so on neurosis displays exceptionally, and different TCM syndromes characteristics types did performance different characteristic.
