| Objective:to observe the curative effect of proximal fractures, summarize treatment experience.Methods:Using MIPPO technology,17cases proximal tibia fracture were treated with LISS plate and combined with traditional Chinese medicine.Results:All cases were followed up for 6～12 months. All cases were not infected, except one incision, the delayed union in 16 cases were healed, review incision without fracture displacement and internal fixation in loose phenomenon. Knee function in 3 months after operation, which showed remarkable curative effect, which shows that the rate reached by LISS minimally invasive treatment of proximal plate fracture has good curative effect.Conclusion:LISS plate for the treatment of proximal tibia fracture injury, the blood supply to the partial destruction of small,less post-operative complications, and rapid recovery of knee function, is an effective method of internal fixation for the treatment. |
