Sloanea hemsleyana is an evergreen tree of Sloanea among Elaeocarpaceae,which distributed in Sichuang,Yunnan,the west of Hubei and Hunan.It is considered as an ornamental plant and the wood of the tree is used for construction timber.In additon,it is considered as wild ligneous oil-bearing plant,the content of oil in the seed is high,which played an important role in selection and utilization of national energy trees.The Sloanea hemsleyana seeds and seedlings were studied in this research.The contents as following:the study of enzyme activity change on different doses of low-energy nitrogen ion beam implanting in the seeds.In the process of growing seedlilngs.the various amounts mixed of fertilizer of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium have been tested and studied by using the design of orthogonal combination experiment,the physiological change regularity and enzyme activity change were studied on the seedlings under different fertilizer ratio.The main experimental results are as follows:1.Different doses of nitrogen ion beam implanting in the seeds,the activity of POD,SOD and CAT manifested the trend of rising firstly and then decline with the dose increasing.The activity of POD,SOD and CAT were increased in the dose of 3×1016 ions/cm2-9×1016 ions/cm2,and reached the peak at 9×1016ions/cm2 dose,the activity is gradually declining at more than 12×1016 ions/cm2 dose.Some certain dose of nitrogen ion beam implanting can activate the ability of enezyme scavenging free radical.The activity of enezyme were high on the 9×1016ions/cm2-12×1016+ions/cm2 dose,it is harmonization for making the free radical a lower level.2.Different doses of nitrogen ion beam implanting in the seeds,the content of malondialdehyde and the electrolyte leakage rate manifested the trend of declining firstly and then increase with the dose increasing.The content of malondialdehyde and the electrolyte leakage rate were declined in the dose of 3×1016 ionscm2-9×1016 ions/cm2,and at the 9×1016ions/cm2 dose,the content of malondialdehyde and the electrolyte leakage rate were the lowest.It shows that its repairable system played the role at the initiation of the implataing, the effect of anti-lipid peroxidation have been weaken.With the high dose of nitrogen ion beam implanting in the seeds,the permeability of cell membrane was increased,the function of cell membrane system was damaged,then the products of peroxidation were accumulated.3.Through the design of orthogonal combination experiment,found that the treatment 4 was the best for the height growth,the treatment 3 and 8 were appropriate for the ground diameter.The increasing amplitude of the chlorophyll content and the activity of SOD and CAT were the highest with the treat 4,at the same time,the content of malondialdehyde and the electrolyte leakage rate were lower than other treatments.It shows that the treat 4 was more adaptable than other treatments under the fertilize stress.4.The chlorophyll content of Sloanea hemsleyana leaf was higher than control on the phenophase under different ratios of fertilizer application.With the process of phenophase,The chlorophyll content manifested the trend of rising firstly and then decline,each treatments reached the peak at the end of August.The chlorophyll content showed certain correlation with the activity of protective enzyme,there was significantly positive correlation between the activity of SOD and the chlorophyll content.5.The activity of protective enzyme manifested the trend of rising firstly and then decline with the process of phenophase under different ratios of fertilizer application,and reached the peak at the end of August.The content of malondialdehyde and the electrolyte leakage rate increased with the process of phenophase,and the increase degree was different on each month.The treat 4 was more adaptable than other treatments under the fertilize stress.
