With pesticides,veterinary drugs etc toxic or harmful substances wildly used in agriculture and lead to agricultural pollution. Now, the problem of agricultural products quality safety has been becomed the world focus, the major toxic or harmful substances have strong toxicity. Contacting with toxic or harmful substances and absorbing by skin, respiratory system and gastrointestinal tract lead to severe disease. Analyzing and monitoring rapidly and precisely become a effective way, but a important and urgent problem how manage and monitor agricultural products rapidly,precisely and sensitively has produced. There are several analytical techniques for the rapid detection of agricultural products including spectrum analysis, GC/LC chromatography, immunity analysis, chemical luminescence and biosensor etc. The leitmotiv of dissertation is study rapid detection and screening techniques simply,rapidly and sensitively in agricultural products, the dissertation is divided into four parts:1. The study of rapid detection techniques about pesticide residues in vegetable and fruit. The experiment study about sensitivity,accuracy and precision of pesticide residues rapid detection has been carryed out by DY-5000, the results show, the limit of detection of Organophosphorus pesticides were from 0.3mg/kg to 0.7mg/kg, the limit of detection of carbamates pesticides comed up to 0.01 mg/kg, the accuracy coincidence rate that comparing with quantitative detection was 84.6%, the standard deviation were from 1.39% to 1.64%.2. The study of rapid detection techniques about clenbuterol in animal products. The experiment study about sensitivity,accuracy and precision of clenbuterol rapid detection has been carryed out by DY-5000, the results show, the limit of detection of clenbuterol was 0.5μg/Kg, the recoveries of clenbuterol in pork were from 88.0% to 101.4%, the standard deviation were from 7.50% to 10.26%.3. The study of rapid detection techniques about AFB1 in grain products. The experiment study about sensitivity,accuracy and precision of AFB1 rapid detection has been carryed out by DY-5000, the results show, the limit of detection of AFB1 was 0.05μg/Kg, the recoveries of AFB1 in rice were from 91.8% to 104.3%, the standard deviation was 10.11%.4. The study of rapid detection techniques about chloramphenicol and malachite green oxalate in aquatic products. The experiment study about sensitivity,accuracy and precision of chloramphenicol and malachite green oxalate rapid detection has been carryed out by DY-5000, the results show, the limit of detection of chloramphenicol was 0.1μg/Kg, the limit of detection of malachite green oxalate was 0.05μg/Kg, the recoveries of chloramphenicol and malachite green oxalate in grass carp were from 88.3% to 92.3% and 91.8% to 92.5% respectively, the standard deviation were from 4.61% to 12.01%.In conclusion, DY-5000 multifunctional rapid detection technique have rapid,stability,economy and convenience characteristics. The minigui is satisfactory in the field of agricultural products rapid detection.
