Automatic rifle is a kind of infantry weapon which requests highly firing accuracy. Based on the research about athletic physiology, mathematic model of human, ergonomics and moving system dynamics etc, this dissertation analyzes the firing kinetic characteristic of rigid-flexible-coupled system constructed by shooter and automatic rifle. The Simulation analysis about firing kinetic characteristic of the man-rifle rigid-flexible-coupled system is achieved, which is conducted against standing firing without support. According to the kinetic characteristic of every part when the man-rifle system is firing, the system rationale model is confirmed firstly. Automatic rifle model and human solid model are constructed by 3D modeling software Pro/E. Then, human flexible model is constructed by the FEA software ANSYS. After that, the 3D solid model and human flexible model is imported to ADAMS. The man-rifle system dynamic simulation analysis model is constructed. In the last model, the author calculates the reciprocity among rifle automatic mechanism, rifle gun body and shooter. Through numerical simulation, man-rifle system dynamic characteristic parameters of firing process are obtained, which includes Movement characteristic and Stressful condition of main characteristic parts between shooter and rifle. Human and rifle's state of motion and interaction relations in the firing process are simulated. The influence of firing accuracy is systemically analyzed by systematically analyzing shooter firing position factor such as grip force, position of shoulder sustaining, body tight degree. the pose of being ready with the rifle firing and so on.
