Based on normal automatic rifle with shooter standing firing without support andprone firing with support, the dynamics characteristics of man—weapon system werestudied, the physical and mathematical models of the above two firing gestures wereestablished. Based on the former achievements, by studying the athletic physiology, themathematical model of bodies, and ergonomics, the preliminary study of the man—rifledynamics performances of the hand—held shoulder—firing weapon was conducted. Thesolid modeling of the overall structures of the man—weapon system was carried out byPro/E. The virtual prototypes of the above two firing gestures were established anddynamically simulated on ADAMS, and the passive and active response processes weresimulated. Through the above studies, the related parameters affecting the firing accuracyunder the passive reaction and active reaction states were obtained. The accomplishedresults are of great importance for further studies of small arms firing platform.
