Under the imbursement of National Natural Science Fund, this paper is based on the theory of the research of anti-infrared interference, using for reference of the mature technology and experiences of anti-infrared interferents under aerosphere, the formulation and infrared extinction performance of the pyrotechnic anti-infrared smoke interfrents are experimental studied under vacuum. By analysis and contrast with the mature anti-infrared interferents under aerosphere, on the basis of experiments, expanded graphite is selected as the additive of the pyrotechnic anti-infrared smoke interferents under vacuum; through outfield experiments, igniting experiments and the test of NIR extinction performance, the pyrotechnic anti-infrared smoke interferents formulation is confirmed under vacuum, and the effects of vacuum on the combustion velocity and NIR extinction performance of the pyrotechnic anti-infrared smoke interferents. The experimental results show that with the increasing of vacuum degree, the combustion velocity of the pyrotechnic anti-infrared smoke interferents is decreased, and that it's NIR average transmittance is increased evidently, from the 5.92% in normal pressure increasing to the 16.89% in 0.6 of vacuum degree, which indicate that the effects of vacuum on the combustion velocity and NIR extinction performance is all evidently. |
