The optimal research of regular technics of filtration can make technics of filtration economy and high efficiency.On the basis of extensive and profound analysis of the up-to-now research results of both in country and overseas , this article through former experience further study about optimization of regular technics of filtration.Through contratest, the influence of the filterability caused by change of L/d10 (in which L is the bed depth and d10 is the geometric mean size of the media) is been studied. When L/dio is 1400,the periodic quantity of water produce can reach 160m3 /m2; L/dio is 1200,the periodic quantity of water produce is 120 m3 /m2 ; L/d10 is 1000,the periodic quantity of water produce is 100 m3/m2; The influence of the fiiterability caused by change of rate of filtration is been treated,When rate of filtration is 5 m/h. the periodic quantity of water produce is 110 m3/m2; rate of filtration is 8 m/h, the periodic quantity of water produce is 80 m3/m2; rate of filtration is 14 m/h, the periodic quantity of water produce is 70 m3/m2; The influence of the filterability caused by change of filtration-supporting agents is been studied. When inputting amount of poly aluminium chloride is 50 g/l, the periodic quantity of water produceis 120 m3/m2; inputting amount of poly aluminium chloride is 80 g/l, the periodic quantity of water produce is 112 m3/m2; inputting amount of poly aluminium chloride is 20 g/l, the periodic quantity of water produce is 108 m3/m2. At the same time ,the contratest of poly aluminium chloride, polyferric sulfate, polyacrylamide shows: polyacrylamide improve filterability obviously .The orthogonal test shows the ordinal size that every agent influence filterability is L/dio - rate of filtration - filtration-supporting agents. When L/dio be 1200, rate of filtration be 8m/h , filtration-supporting agents be 50 g/l can bring the best filterability.The results of experiment shows: L/d10, rate of filtration, filtration-supporting agents have bigger influence to filterability. The optimal combination of certain parameter of L/d10, rate of filtration , filtration-supporting agents can improve filterability obviously, get better quality of water outlet, extend the filter cycle, improve periodic quantity of water produce.
