Abstract Through carefully study on belt conveyor with fluid force and velocity-adjusted assembly used as controllable start, this paper adopts the vogit matrix which is fit to describe belt's visco-elastic properties. Three testing methods are introduced to obtain model parameters. Mathematical models of separated belt masses and take-up are putted forward. Take references of analysis on belt conveyor during starting and stopping at home and abroad, the concept that stress transfers step by step is described in detail. Taking use of such concept, a dynamic modeling program, which makes user easy to analyze belt conveyor's dynamic behavior during starting and stopping, is developed, and through comparison of relative literature, concludes that the model of belt conveyor established is correct and the procedure of modeling is right. At the same time. the transmission characters of tension and compression wave are studied elementarily. B carefully study upon fluid force and velocity-adjusted assembly, integrating the belt conveyor dynamic model, a close-circulation control system, which can make it control the acceleration change as wanted during starting is designed. At last, great influences brought by take use of dynamic analysis technology and controllable start technolo2v are under argumentation through analysis of allowable belt safety factor, actual belt safety factor and belt strength. |
