With a span of 140 meters, the TingSi Bridge is a steel box through fled-arch bridge of Wuhan—Guangzhou passenger dedicated line. It adopts the orbit CRTS-type double block of ballastless track. it is composed with bored concrete pile in large water-eroded cave, and 140m steel box bowstring arch bridge,and big span steel bridge with ballastless track.So,it has large quantities of high difficulty, technology, complex. Before the completion of TingSi Bridge The bridge which had been built in the biggest span was French high-speed railway Avignon Mediterranean Sud bowstring arch steel box, mainly for 124 meters. Now, TingSi Bridge with span of 140 meters is the world's largest steel box of the bowstring arch bridge and It across the north-south highway traffic of Beijing to zhuhai expressway. It is very important of the construction safety and difficulty.The process of construction is introduced in detai in this paper. Main work of this paper is as follows:1 A detailed introduction of how to take effective measures to solve the teachical difficulties of water-eroded cave with long pile construction in karst region, plagioclase, sediment control and quality control of the underwater concrete pouring.2 Studied the difficulty and main point in the assembly process of the TingSi bridge steel box bowstring arch bridge. Some operating points for attention of the assembling process and construction method are introduced. Consider the temporary order of beams hoisting comprehensively, and use the stiffness of the cantilever beam to assemble automatically instead of decorating a temporary pier beam assembly platform; Don't set arch rib assembled by rigid suspenders, but use the rigid boom as the main subject to strengthen the lateral linkage and direct arch rib robs on the boom assembly.3 A detailed study to the method of deformation observation and control By using this method we can avoid the load and the temperature effect on the deformation of the track. Then based on the measured data of bridge theory and control of data analysis, we guide the steel bridge assembly and no residue rail construction to ensure the final line of steel bridge in design allows error range.4 A detailed discourse about the characteristics of long-span steel box without slag rail and how to take effective measures to ensure the final orbit in the process of construction.5 Detailed study how to adopt effective protection scheme and increase protection facilities, to ensure expressway traffic and construction safety during the construction of TingSi 140 metre steel box bowstring arch bridge...
