Based on the summary and analysis of historical heavy risk accidents of coal mine, six types of major hazard installation have been put forward in this dissertation, i.e. gas explosion, fire hazard, roof accident, water inrush, coal dust explosion and coal and gas outburst. On the basis of researching and analyzing the existing methods of safety evaluation, dynamic evaluation method of major hazard installation underground mine, i.e. dynamic evaluation method of existing risk of major hazard installation, has been put forward, and the methods of quantizing evaluating indicator and evaluating results have also been determined.Dynamic evaluation method of existing risk of major hazard installation advanced in this dissertation is a reliability evaluation which is based on evaluation of natural risk, comprehensively considering all sorts of dynamic risk bucking factors and classifying risk bucking factors into five types, i.e. personnel, mechanical equipment, physical environment, design and management. In the process of evaluating major hazard installation, dynamic adjustment of every item and its weight of risk bucking factors and division evidence of grade of hazard installation can be made according to practical situation of coal mine and the requirement of department of safety monitor in coal mine. When scores of subitems of risk bucking factors change, dynamic evaluation and management on existing major hazard installation can be realized by dynamic evaluation system through reevaluating and updating ranks of evaluation. Meanwhile, in the basis of analyzing max item of inactivation of major hazard installation, corresponding prophylactico therapeutic measures have been put forward.In this dissertation, taking Huopu mine of Panjiang electric coal group companies as subject investigated, dynamic evaluation model library of major hazard installation underground mine has been established, and dynamic evaluation of six types of major hazard installation of coal face and mining face have been made. Based on GIS. existing graphic of major hazard installation underground Huopu mine has been produced. According to the relationship between the graphic made of procedure and its information attribute, based on GIS, management system of major hazard installation underground mine has been established in this mine, and scientific and effective methods have been provided for the Huopu mine to manage the major hazard installation underground mine.
