Application Of Complex System Safety Control In Major Hazard Installation Management

At present,the accidents caused by major hazard installation occur frequently in our country.The fundamental reasons are that the catastrophic mechanism of the system is unclear,the research is separated from the real system,and lack of systematic views and systematic thinking.In this paper,a simplified model of particle system is used to study the collapse mechanism by experiments under different conditions.Next,this paper puts forward the catastrophic mechanism and safety control method of complex system.On this basis,it analyzes the accidental mechanism of production systems and puts forward the safety control mode of production systems.The results are applied to the safety management of major hazard installation,to build a management system of major hazard installation,and improve the identification,classification and evaluation of major hazard installation.The mainwork is asfollows:The catastrophic mechanism of complex system can be attributed to the mechanism of chain-reacting by energy dissipation.Based on four factors,such as external input,system structure,system boundary and system state under certain boundary,this paper explores the catastrophic mechanism of complex system by pile experiment,and puts forward the safetycontrol method of complex system.This paper analyzes the factors and the mechanism that cause the accident of the system,puts forward the safety control mode of the production system and constructs the management system of the major hazard installation.Identification,classification and evaluation are the basis of management of major hazard installation.This paper improves the current identification,classification and evaluation techniques of major hazard installation,proposes a method about classification of major hazard installation with the combination of static and dynamic,and establishesa system o f major hazard installation.Classifying a company's major hazard installation with the method of combination with static and dynamic,and puts forward specific recommendations and safety control measuresof safety management.
