And we explored Carboxypeptidase A and its inhibitor in detail.The four compounds, N, N'-dicarboxymethylPhenylalanine, N-carboxymethylphenylalanine ( α-carboxyphenylethyl)Asparic acid and 1,2, 3-propanetricarboxylic acid were synthesized, which were started from the target of active part Zn"4of Carboxypeptidase-A.The aim compounds were not got during the synthesis of α-( cyanoacetyl ) benzenepropanoic acid 3-oxo-2-phenylmethyl pentanedioic acid and N, N-carboxymethylphenylalane Benzyl Ester, The causes of defeated were explored.
