The procedure of liquid-phase catalytic hydrogenation of 4,4'-Diaminostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid (DSD acid) was reported in this paper. The hydrogenations under the catalyst of Pd/C and Raney Ni were studied respectively in the optimum conditions, the yield was up to 92.6%,the DSD acid purity increased to 98.1%,and the amount of wastewater decreased by above 50% than traditional method. The procedures were free of dregs containing Fe3O4. A fixed-bed reduction reactor by using Pd/C catalyst was designed with an output of up to lOOOOt/a, The technical parameters of which were given. |
