In mining process will produce large amounts of waste water, waste residue(stone), waste gas, et al, "three wastes" will be through various channels to cause serious pollution to groundwater water quality. With the passage of time, the heavy metal will enter human body as the way such as food, drinking water, skin contact,and then accumulate. It can produce all kinds of harm to human body, even with the risk of cancer. Antimony ore in the Hunan have been mining in hundred years ago,caused serious heavy metal pollution of groundwater, and caused great harm to human body. The health risk assessment of groundwater in the study area can make the related personnel can better understand the level of each sample point pollution, so as to make effective measures to reduce the risk to the health of people as the development of mineral exploitation. The paper mainly through the following several aspects to study:(1) Make analysis for statistical characteristics of the Degree of mineralization of antimony by Spss and surfer software. Degree of mineralization is an important index of groundwater pollution, so the analysis of mineralization is the basis of pollution evaluation. Through the analysis of the box figure of salinity we know TDS value between 187.34-1359.67, mainly between 250 to 650, the median are around 400,basic belongs to fresh water(0-1000 mg/L). The variance is 59601.02, it can be seen that TDS value discrete degree of 26 sample point water in the study area is stronger,so we can estimate that it is affected by the type of pollution sources. And then through the analysis of the TDS value distribution which produced by surfer software,we found that geological structure have crucial impact on the distribution of TDS in the study area, lead to the adjacent area of salinity difference is bigger.(2) The paper select Mn, Co, Mo, Sb, As, Ba, Se as the evaluation index factor,through the analysis of the characteristics of 7 kinds of heavy metal concentration,know their standard deviation were 0.024081, 0.22651, 0.0166, 0.000152, 0.002301,3.910359, 0.006. The standard deviation of As and Sb is larger, the maximum is 22.67 or 1921.25 times respectively as much as the minimum. The detection density of the various indicators compares the drinking water standard and analysis, thought As and Sb pollution is most serious in groundwater of the study area, followed by the Se and Mn, and Ba, Co and Mo, the three kinds of heavy metal are not polluting the groundwater.(3) Using the method of principal component analysis made an evaluation for pollution degree of groundwater of 26 sample points, and then sorting. Sampling point13 XKS- 16, 13 XKS- 17 and 13 XKS- 20 are located in the top three respectively,it showed that the heavy metal pollution of these three points is most serious.Sampling points 13XKS-37、13XKS-41 and 13XKS-34 are loceted in the last three,the pollution level of these three points are the lowest in this study, including the pollution contribution of Sb and As i is the largest n the study area.(4) Made the correlation of the TDS and 7 kinds of heavy metals index factor analysis. Correlation coefficient belong to the range of 0.6-0.8 are Mo and Se, Se and TDS, 0.772 and 0.778, respectively, they belong to the strong correlation. Correlation coefficient belong to the range of.4-0.6 are As and Sb、Ba and Sb、Mo and TDS, 0.455、0.55、0.499, respectively, they belong to the moderate correlation. Relations between the two factors belong to the weak correlation, or lower. The pecking order of the correlation relation of a single and the other factors is Se>Mo>TDS>As>Sb>Ba>Mn>Co, 0.344、0.303、0.269、0.241、0.238、0.228、0.137、0.119 respectively.(5) The method of using the hierarchical ladder 26 groundwater and surface water 4 sampling points of the research region water samples was carried out step by step. Through the site index evaluation results show that water resources in the study area is alkaline water; Evaluation result of inorganic conventional index: water sample point underⅡ class have 16 points, Ⅲ class water points have 10 points, 13XKS-16 and 13XKS-34 is Ⅳ, all of Ⅴis surface water; Inorganic toxicology index evaluation results show that groundwater and surface water of the study area are Ⅴ class water,it can not be supply water in principle.(6) With the health risk assessment model of water which recommended by the environmental protection agency, make the health risk assessment of antimony in groundwater. Research results show that risk value of drinking is higher than the risk value skin exposure; the value of health risks of women is 40 times as much as men’s,including Sb and As lead to the health risk of the human body has the highest risk value. Sb in Non-carcinogens lead to the health risk value by way of drinking water for men and women maximum is 4.06 e-03 and 4.23 e-03, exceeds the acceptable range(3.5 e-3), the maximum of carcinogenic substances As through way of drinking water produced cancer risk for men and women is 3.91 e-02 and 4.08 e-02, them are almost more an order of magnitude than acceptable range.
