In recent years, food safety problems were increasing prominently and it became a focus attention for us. There were more sensitively and portablely detective technology that needed to solve the food safety issues and decrease the food safety incidents, thus microfluidic immunoassay technology came into the mind of researchers. In this paper, we achieved many advantages such as a high sensitivity, less reagent consumption through the application research of microfluidic immunoassay technology in animalborne food safety testing, and it was convenient for detection onsite. A series of testing experiments were implemented for clenbuterol、ractopamine、salbuterol, and the limit of detection was 0.1ng·ml-1 by microfluidic immunoassay of clenbuterol; and the limit of detection was 0.35 ng·ml-1 in phosphate buffer according to the criterion that the inhibition rate was lower than 10% and 0.97 ng-ml"1 in seven blank urine samples respectively by microfluidic immunoassay, at the same time, a good recovery rate was achieved; certainly, the limit of detection was 25.19 ng·ml-1 by immunoassay of Salbuterol, thus, microfluidic immunoassay was highly sensitive, suitable for analysis onsite and good operational. In the early experiments, Polystyrene microspheres immobilized protein were analyzed, some conditions related the experiments were investigated. As a result, the protein coating ratio was best when the initially added protein was 800μg; the optimally reactive time was one hour; EDAC was appropriate as the catalyst, with initially added protein in the range of 400-1200μg. In the optimal condition, microbeads coupling with Clenbuterol-BS A, Clenbuterol antibody, Salbuterol-BSA were implemented and the coating ratio were 21.68%,11.5%,32.2% respectively.
