Raise the quality requirements of land reclamation and reclamation measures, formulate the goals and tasks of land reclamation, and confirm the scope of the reclamation area and the reclamation of responsibility area. Make clear the standard of the reclamation of cultivated land, garden land, forest land, grassland and road. On the basis of the above work, evaluate the suitability of mine reclamation land. Finally carry on the reclamation engineering design, ecological restoration engineering design, engineering supporting design, and monitoring and maintenance design.
