The products of fresh fruit and vegetable are a very important part of human recipe, which can provide variety of vitamins for human body. So the food security are also significant for these kinds of products, but the security accidents were exposed frequently in recent years, of which fresh fruits and vegetables. Some wicked dealers even take the initiative to add toxic materials for the sake of profits, and to ignore the control of raw materials. So they required a higher demand for the quality products. This problem has highlighted the importance and urgency to establish a traceability system of fresh fruit and vegetable products in our country. However, unlike the other types of agricultural products, because of its own special properties. So it needs a particular design due to its retrospective method can not be shared with other agricultural products.So the research job of this paper was expanded under this background. Based on the latest networking technology, the use of software engineering methods for the establishment of the fresh fruits and vegetables system. First of all, the article have aimed at the analyzes of the background and significance in this thesis, and also reviewed and summerized the work at home and abroad, which have cleared the inevitable significance to develop the system. Secondly, we do the analysis of the requirements for the system functional and non–functional, and focused on the analysis of data fusion security of wireless sensor network, and then based on the program analyze to do the system design, and carried out a detailed study of the phenomenon that may have appeared the possible collision in process of RFID data collection, the an–ti collision method was advanced, which have enhanced the operational efficiency of the RFID data acquisition system effectively. And a detailed design for the system of EPC encoding scheme to ensure traceability system were stable and reliable. At last did a specific development of this system, including the functions of input the information and consumer’s inquires and complains. And a simple test to prove the system is functioning properly, and stable.In view of the development of network system on fresh fruits and vegetables, it can achieve the full traceability when vegetables and fruits under production as well as sales process, in order to establish a uniform standard for the famers’ production and to achieve the goal of income for famers.
