Mesoporous silicon material has excellent chemical qualities because of its peculiar structure. In recent years, with the good application of the mesoporous materials in catalysis, separation, adsorption, sensing, the modification of the molecular sieve has become more important. This paper studies the modification of the MCM-41 with NTA based on a large number of items. In the experiment of chapter two, MCM-41 was modified by NTA with two-steps synthesis method based on hydrothermal growth method after being modified by amino. Functionalized mesoporous characterized by IR, XRD showed that NTA were connected with MCM-41 successfully, which enriched the current study on functional material.Hymexazol plays an important part in agricultural production as a soil germicides. However, research about hymexazol is scarce. As the functionalized mesoporous material maintains its original structure of MCM-41 as well as has large surface and better heat stability, it was used in this study to adsorb hymexazol, which showed high efficiency on adsorption.Functional material plays a significant role in micro-determination of hymexazol because of its excellent adsorptive performance. Chapter IV shows that functional materials NTA-MCM-41 can be used as coating to establish the method for hymexazol determination by SPME-HPLC. As coating, functional materials exemplified excellent reproducibility.
