In this article, we screen out a ammonia nitrogen degradation bacteria from sewage we called AN4 fisrt. Then study its optimum environmental conditions for the degradation on the rate of ammonia nitrogen and some physical &chemical characteristics; and detect its 16S rDNA sequence, optimized the conditions with response surface method first. After then we used immobilized microorganism technology to make the AN4 bacteria immobilized carrier of ordinary bamboo charcoal A or B and modified bamboo charcoal-K form as modified bacteria carbon purificant, used for static and dynamic treatment of sewage. Finally used Misgurnus anguillicaudatus as biological monitoring the treated sewage whether caused genetic damage to aquatic life.The research showed that:The strain of AN4 of degradation on the rate of ammonia nitrogenis reached 92.56%, and its physical &chemical characteristics is 99.9% likely with Ochrobactrum triricm, the strain obtained the GeneBank accession No. GU345782. The effect of modified bacteria carbon purificant treated sewage is better than other carrier. Put 80g modified bacteria carbon purificant to sewage, then through 20g ordinary bamboo charcoal B,15g ordinary bamboo charcoal B+15 g modified bacteria carbon purificant,7.5g ordinary bamboo charcoal B+22.5 g modified bacteria carbon purificant in turn, the ammonia concentration of treated sewage from 706.56mg·L-1 down to 62.1mg·L-1, the COD concentration from 7360 mg·L-1 down to 340 mg·L-1, are lower than the national effluent standards for livestock and poultry breeding (GB18596-2001). With tap water after exposure 3d as contrast and treatment sewage feeding Misgurnus anguillicaudatus, study the different periods of the Misgurnus anguillicaudatus liver of GOT and SOD enzyme activity, treatment compared with the contrast group did not reach significant difference.
