The Basic Characteristics Of The Black Rock Series Of Vanadium Ore In Tongren, Guizhou Province And Industrial Development Model

Along with the extensive applications of vanadium resources in the field of steel, metallurgy industry, etc., the vanadium resources become more and more precious. Combining with the rich vanadium resources in black rock series in Tongren region of Guizhou Province, the characteristics of vanadium ore are analyzed by various experiments such as X-ray diffraction, atomic aborption spectrometry, chemical analysis, analysis of radioactive uranium and so on. The basic characteristics, distribution and scale of the resources in Tongren region are analyzed and studied in this paper. And then practical development pattern of vanadium industry is discussed for providing references of resource integration and industry pattern development in Tongren region.i. The geological mineralization background of vanadium resources in black rock series is studied in the paper. And it is considered that the resources in Tongren region have fixed occurrence layer, good continuity of ledge, steady thickness and grade. The vanadium resources also have good features of exploiting engineering condition, hydrogeological condition and environmental geologic condition.ii.The characteristics of vanadium ore in Tongren region are educed through analyzing experimental data. The vanadium in vanadium ores can be concluded mainly distributs in the clay minerals and carbon minerals with adsorbed form. Some ledges contain high quality vanadium and some contain low because of the transformation of physical and chemical environment in the process of mineralization.iii. Through analyzing distribution of vanadium resource in Tongren region there are three key forecasted districts and four forecasted districts, besides two importance mineralization districts.iv.The basic theories of industry economics are integrated with the practical developments of Tongren region vanadium industry. On the basis of the supply of market and requirement mechanism, vanadium industry of Tongren region is systematically optimized. Based on the horizontal extension, vanadium industrial chain should stress on the industry develop organization pattern of portrait extension. To promote the sustainable development of vanadium industry and select pattern of industrial technology development in Tongren region, we must adopt the technology-innovating, resource-saving, environment-friendly principles.
