Geological Features And Research Of Recycling Economy Development Of Vanadium Ore In Qiandongnan Prefecture In Guizhou Province

Vanadium is an important strategic material for national defense, and is widely applied in the steel and nonferrous metal industry. Based on the scientific project which name is Development and utilization planning of vanadiumn resource in Qiandongnan Prefecture in Guizhou Province and correlative geological data ,this paper summarizes that vanadium ore beds mainly occurrents in lower cambrian EC with stratiform and stratiform-like orebody, the ore -hosting horizon is stable and the deposits are in good mining condition. At the same time, some typical ore deposits which locate in Zhenyuan, Huang Ping, Sansui have been taken as emphasis.According to experimental data such as bulk chemical analysis, X ray diffraction, polarizing microscope of field sample,it is found out that the vanadium ore is mainly composed of quartz, illite ,and the content of V₂O₅ is high,some of it can achieves the high-grade . Vanadium ore is dominated by trivalent vanadium , so appropriate amount of oxidant should to be put into the vanadium extraction progress in order to improve the extration rate of vanadium. Independent uranium mineral hasn't been found in the ore, but environmental issues in the progress of mining and extraction of vanadium ore should to be paid attention to.According to previous research results and experimental data, the ore-forming material sources which include land source, hydrothemal sedimentation, biology and ocean current of vanadiumn ore have been proposed . Vanadiumn ore formed by means of biological action and sedimentation in isolated anoxic environment . Stratigraphy, lithology and paleo geographic environment are main ore control factors, so vanadiumn ore exploration can be concentrated on some aspects such as stratigraphy, lithology and paleo geographic environment.According to the present situation of vanadium ore and economic development planning in Qiandongnan Prefecture in Guizhou Province, vanadium industry recycling economy development model is proposed by using the method of the recycling economy development, including enterprise minor cycle , middling cycle in the form of industrial park, and major cycle that focus on intergrated and coordinated development in Qiandongnan Prefecture. Then measures should be taken in several aspects including resource exploration, mining mineral processing and smelting, environmental protection, vanadium resourse should be scientifically and rationally developmented and utilizated to reduce the environmental pulltion.
