The Telecommunication industries of our country have reorganizated in May, 2008. Many industry public figures will realize that the cultural conformity will be the major problems which the reorganization of three telecommunication company's will face together. This reorganization produced massive personnel to adjust. If the telecommunication company can completes the enterprise culture's conformity earlier, causing the reorganization enterprise achieves the high and low unification, to work as one as soon as possible, maximized display each different resources, so they can cause the telecommunication company growing better and stronger. Thus they can achieves the twice the result with half the effort effect. Therefore, do the research on our country's Telecommunication reshuffle of the cultural conformity is very important.The object of this article is Tianjin Telecommunication Company. This paper will try hard to integrate the reorganize the conformity particularly the culture conformity theories to the actual situation of Tianjin Telecommunication Company. Starts from the integrant parts of cultural conformity mechanism, introduce the cultural conformity's driving mechanism, the fusion mechanism. This article will analyze cultural conformity driving mechanism, individual culture communication level and organization's cultural sharing level and the cultural approval ratio to the Tianjin Telecommunication Company's cultural conformity mechanism's empirical study, the staff contact rate, the staff culture forgetting rate reciprocity, to prove the three big parameters to do together uses in the enterprise culture of the fusion degree. On the research conclusion which obtains according to the preceding text research, this article will propose the corresponding countermeasures and the suggestions to the cultural development of Tianjin telecommunication.
