With the fast development of market economy in China, there are more and more entrepreneurial enterprises being established. The common problems these start-ups often face at the early stage of operation include the hasty establishment and the poor management of an entrepreneurial team. Especially for those companies engaged in building and construction, improvement on entrepreneurial team management sometimes concerns these enterprises' fate. So, for a construction company like Shun Tong, it is extremely important to conduct a thorough study on the topic of entrepreneurial team management.The paper is based on the management model of a project entrepreneurial team. It applies this model to entrepreneurial team management in Shun Tong company. The paper starts from the building of Shun Ton's entrepreneurial team, then it make a thorough analysis of the problems existing in the management of Shun Ton's entrepreneurial team. To solving these problems, the paper introduces theory on various development phases of an entrepreneurial team, theory on confrontation and communication, cultural theory, leadership theory and motivation theory。With the implementation of Shun Tong's project as a main line, combing with relevant team management theory, the paper discusses in detail the construction and management of Shun Tong's entrepreneurial team. As for Shun Tong's organization structure and post responsibility, strategy on different development stages of entrepreneurial team management, and communication and confrontation problems encountered in team management, the paper puts forward its own solving scheme。The paper also discusses how to improve Shun Tong's cultural construction and leadership management, as well as designs a team performance appraisal system. The paper suggests that Shun Tong arrange its management function into two main parts---project department and office, and that meanwhile, Shun Tong should also pay attention to the coordination of the two departments. With respect to concrete measures, the paper recommends that scientific forms control, along with the regulation of working process in different departments, be used to achieve the goal of raising management efficiency in Shun Tong's entrepreneurial team...
