Research On Indicator System And Evaluation Method Of Social Logistics Level

As social economy's development needs the powerful support of logistics service, our country's social logistics development has become a hot spot of people's attention and research. However, our country's logistics statistics system has fallen behind economic development for a long time, facing the problem of imperfect indicator system and unobtainable data, which makes it difficult to research our country's social logistics level's analysis and appraisal. In recent years, with the establishment of social logistics'statistical service and report system, the publication of national standard in logistics statistics and other measure, the logistics statistics system of our country is developing and completing, which makes it possible for quantitative analysis and appraisal of social logistics level.The social logistics level in this thesis stands for the logistics' development level of whole society. This thesis discussed quantitative method of analyzing and evaluating social logistics level under current situation of our country's logistics statistical indicators. Firstly, it selected logistics' demand indicators, supply indicators, effectiveness indicators, efficiency indicators and sustainability indicators and then established indicator system of social logistics' appraisal using the five indicators as first grade indicators. Secondly, it selected improved grey relation method as the way of determining indicators' weight, using score by experts as initial weight. Thirdly, it proposed two method of evaluating social logistics level using the indicator system and weight, which is main originality of this thesis. Fourthly, it applied principal component analysis as another evaluating method. Lastly, this thesis conducted example validation using data of recent years. It used calculate reckoning to gain unobtainable data before example validation. The results revealed that these three methods have different effect in analyzing and appraising social logistics level with dissimilar focus.In a word, this thesis discussed quantitative method of appraising social logistics level in a reasonable way, applying some statistical methods with good originality.
