Research On Rural Biogas Project And Ecological Economic System In Gansu Province

Energy problem is becoming focus that be concerned by many countries during recent years.Because of rapid development of globe economy,the demand of energy is increasing rapidly.But simultaneously,the storage amount of energy is reducing more and more quickly and the consumption rate is becoming more and more rapidly.Obviously.the energy problem have hindered economic development.In order to lessenning resources pressure,it's time for all over the world to seeking new energy that could instead of fossil energy.Biomass energy is regarded as renewable energy,so many countries research and use it.The biogas that is one of biomass energies,whose cost of construction is low and the source of raw material is wide,is being popularied wildly all over the world.This paper plays a important focus on factors in construction of biogas project,then ten indexes were selected according to some principles such as climate,resources,income and society situation.The ten indexes is respectivly annual mean temperature,annual mean sunshine hours,rural population quantity,main crop quantity,total livestock inventory,per capita net income of peasant,local financial revenue,rural labor force,natural growth rate of population,enroolment rate of children of school age.This paper construct a regional suitability evaluationg index system and application on rural biogas projectin Gansu province,and order suitability evaluationg on 14 cities or prefectures by principal component analysis method.This paper discuss the effect of ecological economic system by rural biogas project mainly,and carry out empirical test by ecological footprint.Biogas project could change present situation of ecological economic system in Gansu Province and reduce per captia ecological footprint in order to reducing ecological deficit.The biogas project paly a key role in stability of cological economic system.
