In recent years. Sino-US trade conflicts frequently emerge during the economic and trade growth of the two countries, which consequently exerts great bad impacts on both sides. This thesis aims to give an in-depth analysis of the Sino-US trade conflicts. Firstly, analyze the present situation and the history of Sino-US trade conflicts, from the perspective of trade protection measures, especially anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures, the usual means of these United States. Secondly, aim to analyze the reasons for the trade friction between the two countries the status of trade friction through game theory. There are conditions for the existence of cooperative game between the two countries. If they cooperate, they will achieve win-win situation. This is the rational choice.ChapterⅣstudies the impact factors of U.S. anti-dumping against China, with US-China anti-dumping case. U.S. economic growth, the U.S. unemployment rate, trade with the U.S. penetration rate of the dollar against the yuan's real exchange rate of change and the Changes before and after China's accession to WTO will have a significant impact. China-US economic and trade relations between the two countries have a strong interdependence. Structure of trade between the two countries also has highly complementary. Therefore, the trade friction between the two countries can mutually adjust. Lastly, the author puts forward suggestions and solutions to China, Chinese government, industries and enterprises should act together and work out good results to such issues. At the same time, the US should relax the export policy to China and change the concept of trade protectionism. Therefore, the best way is to strengthen the communication and coordination between the two governments and their related trade departments, take good advantage of the WTO dispute solving system, which can effectively reduce the conflict frequency, soften the negative effects caused by trade conflicts and maintain a sound and healthy development of Sino-US economy and trade.
