| This paper, reviews the home and abroad research on urban sustainable development, carries out practical study on Dengfeng city.This paper summarizes the main contents of urban sustainable development research, including connotation, resource, environment, economy, society, form and comprehensive evaluation. This paper holds that urban's sustainable development is urban economic development, social advancement, ecological environment protection maintain harmonious, including sustainability of three subsystem of environment, economy, society. Based on academic effect and practical effect of index's system, applied the principles of scientific, practical, dynamic, representative, comparative, operative, hierarchical quantitative and the method of combination of qualitative and quantitative, this paper establishes that the index's system has three layers. The first layer include three indicators, which are environmental sustainable index, sustainable economic index and sustainable social index. The second layer has 13 indicators and the third has 32.This paper chooses various index data of Dengfeng from 2002 to 2006, makes standardizing treatment of the data using Z-SCORE method, calculates environmental system scores, economical system scores, social system scores, general sustainable development index from 2002 to 2006 by using principal component analysis method, reveal the developing trend, three subsystem coordination degree from 2002-2006. The general sustainable development index of Dengfeng is 5.135773 in 2006, reaches a relatively high level; the scores of social system, economical system show a significantly increasing tendency. It is showed that the sustainable development period of Dengfeng develops from lower grade to higher. But it is found that subsystem's coordination degree is not strengthened with the passage of time. The per capita GDP of Dengfeng from 2002 to 2006 conform with secondary polynomial curve of discharged volume of industrial waste, discharged volume of industrial SO2. The curve feature of industrial discharged waste volume distribute on the right side of"inverted U type", the industrial waste water discharged volume in Dengfeng has been controlled effectively; the curve feature of industrial discharged SO2 volume distribute on the left side of"inverted U type", it is needed that strengthening the control of industrial discharged SO2.this paper gives some suggestions on Dengfeng city planning according to the actual situation and developing program there : Take regional advantage, construct tourist city; develop the important role being an rich-contained mineral resources city; construct environment-friendly, develop resource-saving type city. |
