Study On The Development And Its Evolution Mechanism Of Industrial Belt

Content:Industrial belt is a spacial economic giant system,it is a social-economic organism,and its formation-evolution law is knowable.By comprehensive use of the basic principle of economic geography,regional economics and urban geography,industrial economics,system science,ecology,etc,the development and evolution mechanism of industrial belt is discussed.Based on the summary of domestic and overseas related research results,connotation,basic constituents, properties and boundary division of industrial belt are analyzed comprehensively and deeply.As the theoretical basis of the analysis on the development and evolution mechanism of industrial belt ,a systematic summarization of related theories is made. Then,hierarchical structure model ,the formation and evolution mechanism model and lifecycle model are constructed on space,industry,and enterprise levels.The special function of industrial belt is analyzed.The general law of the formation and evolution mechanism of industrial belt is revealed.On space level,the indusrial belt is an open spacial giant system which consists of three parts:growth-pole subsystem,development-axis subsystem and growth-surface subsystem.Centralization and diffusion are dynamic mechanism of the evolution of spatial structure of industial belt. The formation and evolution of spatial structure of industial belt accords with the"point-axis"spatial structure system theory.Based on characteristics of different development stages,the life cycle of industrial belt is divided into four stages which includes starting-rudiment period, expansion-growth period,mature-enlarging period,integration-decline period,its evolution track accords with s curve.On industry level,the indusrial belt can be defined as a industrial giant system which includes primary-industry subsystem,secondary-industry subsystem and tertiary industry subsystem or leading-industry subsystem,correlative-industry subsystem,auxiliary-industry subsystem,potential-leading-industry subsystem and pillar-industry subsystem.The dynamic mechanism of the evolution of industrial structure of industrial belt includes market mechanism,government intervention and technological innovation,etc.The life cycle of industrial belt which can be analyzed and expressed by Logistic equation is divided into four stages which includes incubation period, growth period, mature period and decline period.On enterprise level,the indusrial belt is an giant enterprise system which consists of five parts:enterprise subsystem,university and scientific research institution subsystem,local government subsystem,intermediary organization subsystem and financial institution subsystem.Its structure may be considered to be a industrial cluster network which forms and evolutes by the three-layer network effect mechanism which includes core network layer,assistant network layer,periphery network layer,and its formation and evolution process can be simulated by a evolution model of complex networks.Based on network characteristics of different development stages,the life cycle of industrial belt is divided into four stages which includes netwok-first-building period,enterprise-agglomeration period,mature period and decline-transformation period.
