The Research On The Impact Of Electricity Prices' Adjustment To National Economic Sectors' Prices Based On Computable General Equilibrium Model

Nowadays,China is in a period of heavy chemical industry with rapid development of social economy and higher unit GDP energy consumption.How to coordinate economy and society to develop sustainable,electricity prices are key factors.Based on the CGE model,2005 SAM table,which include 22 sectors,is established.It provides a reliable data base for the CGE model;According to the imperfect competition of China's electricity market,the electricity price exogenous of CGE model is set up.On this basis, electricity prices can be set different according to a wide range of industries;Using the GAMS platform to exploit solution code of the CGE model,conbine the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the impacts of electricity price increase on sectors'prices of the national economy are calculated and analyzed,some suggestions to the reform of the electricity price are proposed.
