The Mid-term Evaluation On The "Eleventh Five-Year" Development Plan Of Gansu Province

Public opinion is the people's attitude to society and politics,the study of which is of great importance in modern society. Gansu Province, at this stage is in the mid-term of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" to implement, is a key period, the implementation of the plan requires not only through the summary of the socio-economic indicators to reflect, the more we should pay attention to public opinion , it is necessary to through the public opinion survey to find out the groups of intellectuals's evaluation on the work of the Gansu government's "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" ,so we could have a brand-new look at the work of the government and then find out problems, sum up experience, and ultimately complete the indicators and tasks successfully.In this paper, we grasped the economic and social development in Gansu Province accuratly, combined with the work of the government's specific content, then summed up the development of the Gansu Province's "Eleventh Five-Year" ,point to the groups of intellectuals' public opinion in Gansu Province's work of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan", combined with a questionnaire survey to give a further analysis and evaluation in planning the implementation of the achievements and shortcomings. Finally, summed up the implementation of the current ,put forward the planning process that should be focused , and put forward appraisal how to correctly guide public opinion, make recommendations on how to have a successful completion of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan".
