Predication Analysis On Water Conservancy Human Power Needs Of Hunan Province During The "Eleventh-Five-Year" Period

Water conservancy is one of the most important affairs in Hunan province, which has great influence on economic development. Water conservancy constrcution relies on the human power, which is the most crtical issue. Based on the current situation of water conservancy human power in Hunan province, This paper analyzes human power problems on knowledge structure, education background and expertise distribution. After extensive survey, increase of water conservancy human power needs up to 2010 in Hunan province is studied. Prediction GM(1,1) grey models are also built based on historic statistical data. Water conservancy human power needs up to 2010 in Hunan province is predicted and human power polices are put forward.
