The Study On The Development Of Agricultural Recycling Economy In Jilin Province

Since the reform and opening-up,the agricultural development of Jilin Province has obtained remarkable achievement.But the agricultural production still focuses on the way of backwardness,extensiveness and resources-consumption.At the same time,the agricultural resources of Jilin province are insufficient and extravagant seriously,which restricts the agricultural sustainable development.In the face of the problems which restrict the agricultural sustainable development of Jilin province,reform and promotion of agricultural development becomes inevitable.The agricultural recycling economy emphasizes the clean production and multistage-circulation use of wastes.It saves the resources and reduces the pollution through an echelon and closed circle of matter and energy circulation which can make the agriculture ecosystem and economy-system transform to the positive-direction cycle and provide a new thought way of promoting the agriculture sustainable development of Jilin province.Jilin Province is a strong agricultural province.Guaranteed the development of agricultural recycling economy is relating ecology province construction and economical sustained development.The research's goal is selecting agricultural recycling economic patterns according to the Jilin Province ecological environment feature,and carrying on the synthetic evaluation to the agricultural recycling economic development level in Jilin Province,describing the agricultural recycling economy integrated development level in Jilin Province.Provide the reference for the further development of agricultural recycling economy in Jilin Province.This article is studying some literatures about agricultural recycling economy and ecological environment,taking circular economic theory,the agricultural sustainable development theory and the ecological agriculture theory as the foundation.It unifies the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis method conducts the research to agricultural recycling economy development in Jilin Province.The thesis is divided into four parts:Chapter1.The introduction mainly explains the meaning and purpose of this paper,puts forward methods and thought way of this paper.Chapter2.is agricultural recycling economy correlation theories analysis.This part is the theory summary of the paper,it introduces the relative of circular economy and then elaborates domestic and international research status of agricultural recycling economy,introduces agricultural recycling economy including the definition and features,circulation gradations,and basic principles of agricultural recycling economy.Chapter3.is agricultural recycling economy development present situation in Jilin Province.This part mainly analyzes the current situation of the agricultural recycling economy development in Jilin province.At first,it introduces Jilin Province's agriculture present situation and it elaborates the superiorities of the agricultural recycling economy development in Jilin Province.and then build the evaluation index system of agricultural recycling economy development in Jilin province,to analyze the agricultural recycling economy development of Jilin province from the year of 1996 to 2006 and puts forward some conclusions,that is,the trend of Jilin's agricultural recycling economy is developing at a high speed as a whole.Its agricultural recycling economy has experienced slow development phase in 1996 to 2000 and fast development phase in 2001 to 2006.Though researches the classification evaluating indicator draws the conclusion that the reduced devotion of resources is barriers that limit the development of agricultural recycling economy.Chapter4 analyzes the difficulties in the agricultural recycling economy development in Jilin province. Chpter5 is the suggestion of agricultural recycling economy development in Jilin Province.This part comes up the restriction factors which exist in the agricultural recycling economy development in Jilin province and the problems which are discovered by the integrated evaluation.
