With the reform of state-owned enterprises,power companies gradually embarked on the entrepreneurial path,and formed a buyer's market.Under the new situation,the expansion of credit has become a means of increasing market share and enterprises will face the customer's credit risk.To sustain the development,enterprises should continue to use means of credit,and improve their own credit policies,and strengthen the management of accounts receivable.In this paper,according to the credit policy and accounts receivable management theory of domestic and foreign enterprises,author will analyze power enterprise Eight-dimensional Company's credit management activities.Through the establishment of a credit policy and accounts receivable management,Eight-dimensional Company implements credit management.With the increasing market share,company saves much financial costs,and enhances its competitiveness and sustainable development ability.
