Study On The Actualization Of Main Production Process Optimization Of Modern Shipbuilding Mode In A North Shipyard

Since entering the new century, with the rapid development of ship industry, promoting all the new modern shipbuilding mode to shorten build period, and increase building efficiency of ship produce , and low cost of shipbuilding , and all of these have the important significant for completely increase the international competition ability of our country ships industry.On the basis of essential study of Japanese shipbuilding mode and Korean shipbuilding mode, firstly, the paper analyzes the holistic flow and the local flow and the management system of modern ship production, secondly, proceeding demonstrating application study of reforming production system of modern building ship mode-the one shipyard. Finally, according to the result, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to push modern shipbuilding mode in shipbuilding enterprises of our country.The research of this paper, aims to be helpful to advancing the shipbuilding enterprises of our country to implement modern shipbuilding mode, accelerating the modernization of shipbuilding industry of our country.
