Study On Agricultural Sustainable Development Of Huainan Mineral Region

Sustainable development is the major direction for the modern world agriculture development. It not only can implement the well circulation of the agriculture and agricultural economy, but also can maintain the balance of the ecological system. As the important content of the regional sustainable development, implementing the agricultural sustainable development facilitate to the coordinative development of the regional population, resources, environment, economy, and the society.First of all, the article brought up the connotation of the scientific concept of development and its demand for the agriculture development, expounded the theory of regional sustainable development, and summarized the basic characteristic, background, meaning, and connotation. The article also reviewed and summarized the development concerning the research of sustainable agriculture at home and abroad.Secondly, under the guide of the scientific concept of development, the theory of regional sustainable development, the theory of the sustainable agriculture, the article analyzed the agricultural productive condition and the actual state of the agriculture development, and then analyzed further the problems in the process of the agricultural development. The article probed into the main sectors which confined the agriculture sustainable development in the mineral region. Those problems are as follows: the striking environmental pollution, the heavily destroyed agricultural ecologic environment, the simplex regional economic structure, the non-reasonable agriculture economic structure, the serious population problem, the low quality of population, the insufficient investment fund in the agriculture, the backward infrastructures, the over surplus labors in the rural area. And then, the article analyzed the opportunities, advantages, and potentialities of the agricultural sustainable development in the mineral area in Huainan. Through the research, it demonstrated that there were huge agriculture development potentialities in the aspects of crop, aquatic products, animal husbandry and ecologic agriculture.On the basis of the above mentioned study, the article brought up the direction choice for the agriculture sustainable development in the mineral area in Huainan. And lastly, in connection with the problems and potentialities in the agriculture development, the article brought up specific measures and policy proposal facilitating the agriculture sustainable development.
