Research On The Protection Of Cultivated Lands

With the economy development and the acceleration of urbanization and industrialisation, the eare of construction land expands rapidly, while the area of cultivated land falls quickly. If we don't take drastic measures to reverse the disturbing tendency, it will pose threaten to the food supply, ecology security and state finance, undermine the construction of harmonious society. Therefore, cultivated land protection is becoming the focus of land study. Under this background, this paper select the protection of cultivated land as the theme, taking Minqing County as an example.The paper mainly includes that:1) Contradiction between human and land. The construction land increases so rapidly that cultivated land decreases sharply and the contradiction between human and land is becoming more outstanding,and the stress for cultivated land protection is more massive. there are a lot of problems in cultivated land use ,such as degeneration of land quality, soil pollution and decrease of ecological function, extensive land use , putting too much attention to develop while ignoring land adjustment and reclaim in supplement cultivated land, illegal land use and low level use. All of that ascribe to Farmland protection strategy, Economy mechanism, administration system, Performance evaluation system and Technical support system.2) Drive factors analysis. Physical features and human drive factors are studied, it shows that typhoon is the main physical factor causing cultivated land decrease and population structure,economy development, industry structure, consumption structure and state policy constitute the human drive.3) Predict the amount of cultivate land should be reserved. In the period of reversion for overall land use planning, this paper predicts the amount of cultivated land should be reserved in the year of 2010 and 2020 by three different methods.4) Study on Dynamic Balance In this section, how to realize dynamic balance in the following years is studied.. It conclude that we should reduce the pressure to cultivated land and expand the area of cultivated land to keep quantity balance. In order to keep quality balance we should make sure that the quality of supplement cultivated land and reserved cultivated land willn't degenerate,in the same time ,we should dig the inner potential actively and make good use of the cultivated land.At last it gives some useful suggestion about law, economy, technology, thought and other aspect to protect cultivated land.The significant of study is it not only that can instruct the land use in Minqing County , but also can provide a sample for other district.
