Research On R&D Team Management Based On Agent Theory

The innovation has become the main theme of our society in these day.Enterprise's success mainly is decided by continuous R&D achievement,Therefore,the highly effective management to the R&D team is extremely important.By carrying on the analysis to the R&D team and its main activities character and using Agent and MAS theory and method of the artificial intelligence field,the paper has established the mapping relation the R&D team and MAS,the organization model of R&D team bsead on MAS.From individual,role and process three aspects the paper has carried on the analysis and study to the organization pattern,operating mechanism and interactive activities features of the R&D team.Then,the paper has carried on the mechanism that influencing on the R&D process based on MAS,mainly studying interactive consultation mechanism and social norm mechanism.Finally,the paper proposed some guiding ideology that the R&D team can use in actual management,also taking Mocha Software Company As an example,the paper has analysed the management of its software development team by using the studied content.In brief,the research of this paper has provided a kind of new idea and method for the R&D's management from the systemic,dynamic,coordinated and intelligent perspective.
