The Study On Business Ethics Of China's Enterprises In The Era Of Globalization

Globalization is a wave of social rationalization and integration, which takes economy as the forerunner, values as the core, politics as the auxiliary and generalized culture as the main body. In the 70s and 80s of the 20th century, with the globalization trend continuous deepening, the idea of enterprise management has a great change. So the internationalization tendency of business ethics has become increasingly obvious. Business ethics not only affects the survival and development of enterprises, but also the image of an entire country and nationality. So, facing the truth that other countries are paying attention to the construction of business ethics, the China's enterprises should enhance their own competitiveness through constructing business ethics. Only in this way, China's enterprises can obtain the survival and development in the face of fierce international competition.At first this paper explains the basic theory of business ethics, systematically introduces the development status and problems of domestic and international business ethics and emphatically discusses the affect of the globalization trend to business ethics in Western developed countries and China. And then, this paper introduces a more recognized business ethics analysis methodology, which is stakeholder analysis method, and analyzes how to use stakeholder analysis method to analyze ethical issues through a typical case. At last, in view of the development status and problems of business ethics in China, this paper discusses how to construct Chinese characteristic business ethics system from three perspectives on government, enterprises and scientific research institutions in universities.
