Nowadays, in the global economic integration environment, the challenges and competition that enterprises are facing are not only one business but also the whole industry's competitiveness and impact. In order to seek competitive advantage, Enterprises formed a strategic alliance to improve their own competitiveness by a competition mode of win-win cooperation. Through the formation of strategic alliances, enterprises can access the external expertise and resources effectively. The competition mode among enterprises is no longer life-and-death confrontation, but cooperation competition, which aims to achieve win-win or both win.This paper is based on the strategic alliance competitive intelligence mode and operational mechanism, which is the core issue of this research, the enterprise cooperation under the strategic alliance as research background. It tries to pass the relevant strategic alliances and competitive intelligence theory to start the research on the strategic alliance competitive intelligence model and the operating mechanism. The research on the problem is based on the analysis result to a variety of the theory literatures. The theory is mainly from the cross-cutting of competitive intelligence theory and the strategic alliances theory. In this paper, it mainly discussed the characteristics of the strategic alliance competitive intelligence which is the basic content, the productive reason, feasibility analysis, the important role and the strategic alliances competitive intelligence process. Based on this, I mainly analysis the strategic alliance competitive intelligence work patterns and operational mechanism which are the core contents. What is more, it proposed the solutions to make the strategic alliance competitive intelligence implement successfully.The following is the summary analysis to the chapters of this paper. This paper is divided into seven chapters. The first two chapters mainly provide a theoretical basis for this thesis. From Chapter 3 to Chapter 6, it is the core part. Chapter VII is the conclusion.In chapter I and chapter II, I give an illustration on the subjects, ideas, scope, methodology, the basis and theoretical framework. In the course of explaining the theory, I mainly analysis from strategic alliance and competition the two aspects to interpretate, and further analysis the distinction between intelligence strategic alliance and the traditional enterprise competitiveness , which lay the foundation for the core issue described in this paper.In chapter III, the essential analysis to the strategic alliance competitive intelligence. This chapter is the transition part, which plays a basis role for strategic alliances competitive intelligence work patterns and operational mechanism. It is mainly from the historical background, the theoretical foundation, technology and methods and practice to study the necessity of strategic alliance competitive intelligence.In chapter IV, strategic alliances competitive intelligence model research. This section is the core content of this part. Firstly, it points the role of strategic alliance competitive intelligence: to prevent risks of strategic alliances members, to monitor the external intelligence rival, to protect the choice of strategic alliance partner, to monitor the external competitive environment of strategic alliance. Secondly, it further pointed out the strategic alliances competitive intelligence work processes: to identify the intelligence requirements, auditing, planning, collection, analysis and sharing. Based on this, I proposed strategic alliance competition work mode: how to choice partners of the strategic alliance, how to monitor the strategic alliance competitive intelligence, how to guard against risks on strategic alliance. At last, we conclude the work model of Leader strategic alliances and cross-cutting strategic alliance competitive intelligence.In chapter V, the operation mechanism of strategic alliances competitive intelligence. The efficient operation of strategic alliance can not be without the effective operating mechanism. This paper presents nine major strategic alliance operation mechanisms: confidence-building mechanism, benefit distribution mechanism, control and risk prevention mechanism, decision-making and implementation mechanism, coordination mechanism, sharing mechanisms, organizational learning mechanism, and restraint mechanisms, encouraging mechanisms.In chapter VI, the implementation countermeasures of strategic alliances competitive intelligence. How to make strategic alliances competitive intelligence mode and operational mechanism implement effectively is the main starting point of this chapter. this chapter from the implementation to consider the practical implementation measures, including setting standards, the establishment of organizations, to enhance the awareness of knowledge transfer, to enhance the awareness of anti-competitive intelligence, to strengthen the building of competitive intelligence system the and pay attention to personnel training, maintenance the interpersonal business network effectively.In chapter VII, conclusion. This part summarizes the findings and points out the shortcomings of this thesis research.
