In the furious competition in the home-used wiring industry, the marketing places become the important source that the enterprises establish and develop core competencies. The marketing places of home-used wiring industry mainly include chain stores, department stores, monopoly stores, supermarkets but chain stores, such as GuoMei and ShuNing play amore and more important role. But these chain storets charge manufactories for going-store fee, store-celebration fee etc. These various kinds of expenses result in heavy burden for manufacturing enterprises. As home-used wiring productions is a mature market, it is imposssible for enterprises to spend great cost on marketing places. To relocate with the chain stores' relation and look for a kind of new marketing mode will be the topic that ChangHong need quest for. At first this article looks back marketing places' characteristics of ChangHong in various periods; compares the marketing places with famous home-used wiring enterprises such as Haier and TCL etc; reveals ChangHong's marketing places' advantage and disadvantage in the competition. The second , the article analyzes the possibility of setting up own places, adopting electronics places or carrying out places consociation. The author think ChangHong should adjust current marketing places at different grades' markets. The article discusses how to mannage agents, control marketing places and set up monopoly stores, establish electronics places and. carry out the integration of the places. At last, The article analyzes the feasibility of establishing electronic places and virtual markets.
