Shandong DP is a company specializing in production and processing Braised Chicken, Dezhou Style company, founded in 2010, although the late start, but has made remarkable achievements in six years in the development process not to. But in their development is still facing China's meat business in trouble, certainly also has its own factors lead to difficulties, especially in product marketing, product marketing channel, product variety, lack of innovation, single chain operation, lack of combination, sales channels, the lack of online promotion and promotion of traditional channels, the lack of new media promotion methods affect the development of Shandong DP company. This paper takes Shandong DP company as an example, analysis of the marketing chain and the status of the existing problems, and the use of 4Ps marketing theory,4E marketing theory and related knowledge chain marketing to put forward the corresponding improvement strategies for the existing problems, and based on further analysis of security measures for the implementation of the marketing strategy of Shandong DP chain stores company. While this study is conducive to Shandong DP company found their own business problems, and formulate the relevant improvement measures, in order to improve the problems in carrying, promote the Shandong DP company in the marketing progress. In addition, the research of this paper has played an important role in the development of the same type of enterprise's marketing, and provides them with useful information.
