Sino-US economic and trade relations have already become one of the most important bilateral trade relations in the world. With the growth of Sino-US bilateral trade, the problem of bilateral trade unbalance is gradually conspicuous, and a lot of trade disputes and frictions occur. How to treat the Sino-US bilateral trade imbalance problem, make an objective explanation of it in theory, and take a proper and win-win countermeasure to resolve it has been related to the development of Sino-US economic and trade relation.Firstly, This article setting out from the economic globalization condition, this paper probes into the problems and defects about the original rule as a basic index of taking the statistics of the bilateral trade between America and China from the economic globalization perspective. Then analyzed the present situation and characteristcs of Sino-US Trade Balance, and discussed the controversy and influence on the bilateral trade, caused by the imbalance of trade between the two countries, then stressed the significance of understanding Sino-US Trade Balance correctly. Finally, combining with the situation of Sino-US Trade ,this paper proposed new solutions to the problems between the USA and China.
