Research On The Expending Demand Of Rural Inhabitant In China

In 2005 the Central Economy Congress stressed that, "we must diligently adjust the relationship between investment and consumption, increase the inhabitant's consumption, especially the farmers', unceasingly open up the expense domain and improve the expense environment." The "Eleven-Five" plan of China's economy development proposed that, "we should expand the domestic demand further, adjust the relationship between investment and consumption, enhance consumptions' effect on the economic growth". These significant strategies of macroeconomic policies demonstrate a good prospect for expanding the expending demand of rural inhabitant. Regardless of the construction of comprehensive well-off society or the socialism harmonious society, all need to expand the farmers' expending demand. However, our rural inhabitant's expending demand is somewhat low in recent years, which restrict the pulling power of rural inhabitant's expense, and affect the harmonious society's construction in rural area. In this foundation, this article further analyzes several factors that affect our rural inhabitant's expending demand, and finally, put forward some corresponding countermeasures.This article is divided into four parts: The first part points out the significance of expanding our rural inhabitant's expending demand; The second part analyzes the current situation and the basic tendency of our rural inhabitant's expending demand; The third part analyzes the factors that affect our rural inhabitant's expending demand, and point out that rural inhabitant's low income is the primary factor; The fourth part puts forward some countermeasures.Using the linear return model, this article analyzes the pulling power of rural inhabitant's expending demand on economic growth. And based on the goal of constructing a harmonious society proposed by the central six CCP plenary conferences and the theory of three represents, this article analyzes the reality of rural inhabitant's consumption, so as to make a certain breakthrough in theory.
