Next, also different from the data selection,this article receives seven integrated datas according to State statistical bureau's cities inhabitants, presently merges it five divisions, then will be near ten year of five division data, and obtained 50 different income values, then will obtain the expense data which will correspond with it. After this five divisions, internal difference quite has been small, and it is more convenient to study the question.Finally, this text is following the principle of " letting the data speak " all the time in positive research, and fully considering the direct relation between the consumption rate and the expense disbursement , which has used economic models and methods(Including: Granger causality Test, Co-integration Test etc..) to measure and carry on the relation between income and consumption. Though these economic models and methods have their own defects and limitations, they can undoubtedly draw some conclusions that only simple statistics can't draw.
